There are two types of bonnet designs for Cryogenic Gate Valve. One is Bolted Bonnet. According to this design, the valve body and bonnet are connected by bolts and nuts, wound gaskets (made of 316 flexible graphite), and metal rings can also be used when customers have special requirements. The other is Welded Bonnet. According to this design, the valve body and the bonnet are connected by thread and are fully welded and sealed. When customers have special requirements, they can also be connected by penetration welding.
Applicable Medium: Low temperature medium like Methane/Liquid natural gas/Hexene/Carbon dioxide/Liquid ammonia/Liquid oxygen/Liquid nitrogen/Liquid hydrogen and so on.

FEATURE:
1.In order to prevent abnormal pressure rise in the middle cavity, a pressure relief hole is set on the inlet side of the ram.
2.Determine the top length of the bonnet according to the working temperature of the valve to ensure reliable sealing of the stem packing
3.Reasonable selection of materials for packing, gaskets and other parts according to the working temperature.
4.Cryogenic Gate Valve strictly controls the chemical composition of the material and the mechanical performance indicators such as low temperature impact toughness.
5.Cryogenic Gate Valve adopts a variety of piping flange standards and sealing surface types, suitable for various engineering needs.
