PRODUCT INTRODUCTION Non-lubricated plug valve utilizes a tapered or cone-shape that acts as a plug and presses a polymeric sleeve against the body cavity. The use of the sleeve reduces friction between the plug mechanism and body. These pressure balanced lubricated plug valves are often used to replace lubricated ones in applications where maintenance needs to be kept to a minimum, or where liquids could be trapped or solidify and potentially jam the valve. FEATURES Each pressure balanced lubricated plug valve is composed of a sleeve and seat of polymeric sleeve seat, self-cleaning metal edge and bolted cover. It is made under strict manual operation standards, suitable for gear operator and actuator. The flange end or butt-weld end can ensure that there will be no leakage.
