Feature

1. Owing to the flammable & explosive features of cryogenic medium such as LPG and LNG, fire safe & anti-static structure is designed for Cryogenic butterfly valve.

2. For working temperature above -50℃，no long neck design. For working temperature below -50℃，long neck structure is adopted.

3. Cryogenic butterfly valve is suitable for the controlling system for carrying cryogenic liquid medium with its characteristic of quick opening & closing and reliable sealing performance.

4.Good sealing performance, reliable safety guarantee, long life span and etc.  

Long neck bonnet design is used for cryogenic butterfly valve which could not only minimize the incoming of heat from environment which may cause the gasfication of medium, but also at same time avoid the packing from being frosty or freezing by maintaining the temperature above 0 ℃. The length of the long neck is the most important factor for this designing, and it refers to the distance between the bottom of packing box and the surface of back sealing of valve.
